Safire Home Solutions, a d/b/a of 2057 Holdings LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes how we collect, process, retain, and disclose personal data about you when providing services to you through our websites, and services that link to this policy (our "Services") and our practices for using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies only to information we collect:

  • Through the Services.
  • In communications, including email, text, chat, and other electronic messages, between you and the Services.

It does not apply to information collected by:

  • Us through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries) that does not link to this policy; or
  • Any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Services.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we treat it. By interacting with our Services or providing us with your information, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see How We Retain Your Personal Data). Your continued use of the Services after we make changes as described here is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Children's and Minors' Data

Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

The Personal Data That We Collect or Process

"Personal data" is information that identifies, relates to, or describes, directly or indirectly, you as an individual, such as your name, email address, telephone number, home address, or payment information (for example, account information such as name, postal address, and email address, ).

The types and categories of personal data we collect or process include:

  • Account and contact information, including name, address (such as home address, work address, or other address), email address, phone number, and other contact information you provide us.
  • Location information, including general geographic location such as country, state or province, or city and precise geolocation.
  • Device information, including your IP address, device identifiers, operating system and version, hardware identifiers, browser type and settings, and other device information.
  • Content and information you elect to provide as part of your profile.

We also collect:

  • Statistics or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from personal data. For example, we may aggregate personal data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Services feature.
  • Technical information. Technical information includes information about your internet connection and usage details about your interactions with the Services, such as clickstream information to, through, and from our Services (including date and time), products that you view or search for; page response times, download errors, length of your visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), or methods used to browse away from a page.

If we combine or connect non-personal statistical or technical data with personal data so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we treat the combined information as personal information.

How We Collect Your Personal and Other Data

You Provide Information to Us

We collect information about you when you interact with our Services, such as when you submit a form through one of our websites.

Automatically Through Our Services

As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information that may include personal data. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, operating system, and browser type, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, including details of your interactions with our Services, such as location data, and other communication data, and which resources and Services features that you access and use.

We may use these automatic collection technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party sites or other online services (behavioral tracking).

Using automatic collection technologies helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized experience.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

  • A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you interact with the Services. You may refuse to accept or disable cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser or device. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain features of the Services.
  • Web Beacons. Some parts of the Services may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those parts and for other related statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity).

Analytics and Advertising Tools on Our Website

When you first visit our website, a cookie banner asks for your choice. The tools below that set cookies or identify your browser run only if you click Accept all; if you reject non-essential cookies, or haven't chosen yet, they don't.

We remember, for this browser tab only, which link or site brought you here, so that if you accept analytics cookies your visit is credited correctly. This note contains no identifier, sets no cookie, stays in your browser, and is erased when you close the tab.

  • Google Analytics (run by Google and loaded through Google Tag Manager) measures how visitors use the site: the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, your approximate location, and your device and browser. It sets first-party cookies (named _ga…) only after you accept. It does not receive what you type into our forms.
  • Microsoft Clarity (run by Microsoft and loaded through Google Tag Manager) records how visitors use our pages, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can see where a page is confusing or broken. It loads, and sets its cookies (named _clck, _clsk and CLID), only after you accept. Microsoft's own use of this information is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Meta Pixel (run by Meta Platforms, which owns Facebook and Instagram, and loaded through Google Tag Manager) loads only after you accept. It tells Meta which pages of this site you viewed, along with your IP address and your browser and device details, and it sets a first-party cookie (named _fbp). Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account, so that we can measure our ads and show ads to people who have visited this site. It does not receive what you type into our forms. Meta's own use of this information is covered by Meta's privacy policy, and you can manage the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
  • Microsoft Advertising (run by Microsoft, which also runs the Bing search engine, and loaded through Google Tag Manager as Microsoft's UET tag) loads only after you accept. It tells Microsoft which pages of this site you viewed and whether you sent us a request, along with your IP address and your browser and device details. It sets first-party cookies (named _uetsid and _uetvid), Microsoft may also set its own cookie (named MUID), and if you arrived from one of our ads on Bing it reads the Microsoft click ID (msclkid) in the link. Microsoft may link this to your Microsoft account, so that we can measure our ads and show ads to people who have visited this site. It does not receive what you type into our forms. Microsoft's own use of this information is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement, and you can manage the ads you see in Microsoft's ad settings.
  • Google Ads (run by Google and loaded through Google Tag Manager) loads only after you accept. It tells Google which pages of this site you viewed and whether you sent us a request, along with your IP address and your browser and device details. It sets first-party cookies (named _gcl_au and similar), Google may also set its own advertising cookies, and if you arrived from one of our ads on Google it reads the Google click ID (gclid) in the link. Google may link this to your Google account, so that we can measure our ads and show ads to people who have visited this site. It does not receive what you type into our forms. Google's own use of this information is covered by Google's privacy policy, and you can manage the ads you see in My Ad Center.
  • HighLevel tracking (run by HighLevel, the customer system we use) records the pages you visit and links them to your details if you fill in a form or use the chat, so we can see how you found us. It sets a first-party cookie (named lc_session_…), and it loads only after you accept. HighLevel's own use of this information is covered by the HighLevel privacy policy.

These run whatever your cookie choice:

  • Chat window and forms. The chat window and our contact forms are provided by HighLevel and load on almost every page, so you can use them. They keep a session code in your browser so a conversation stays open as you move between pages. When you open the chat or send a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is using it; it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details.
  • Our own visit counter (served from t.2057hldgs.com, run on Cloudflare) counts visits without cookies. It records the page, the website that sent you here, your screen width, phone or computer, your country, and a one-way daily code made from your IP address and browser so we can count unique visitors. Your IP address itself isn't stored.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page loads and page speed in aggregate, without cookies.
  • Embedded videos. Some pages show videos hosted on YouTube. When a video loads, YouTube receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies; Google's privacy policy covers that.

Line monitoring page visits and checks shared with Meta. On our internet line monitoring page, our own servers also tell Meta when you view the page, run the connection check, or start checkout, and whether the check found your connection can be monitored. This includes your IP address and browser details, Meta's click ID if you arrived from one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, and Meta's browser identifiers if you accepted cookies. We send this unless you choose Reject non-essential in the cookie banner; after that, we don't. It does not include your internet provider, your router details or your ping results. Meta uses it to tell us which of our ads led to visits and sign-ups and to improve how our ads are shown.

Contact form requests shared with Meta and Google. When you send us a request through a form on our website, our systems tell Meta, and Google where we advertise with Google, that a request came from our website. We screen requests for spam first, and requests that look like spam aren't shared. If your request later becomes a real enquiry or job with us, we tell them that too, in the same way. This includes your email address, name and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form, your IP address and browser details, and Meta's browser identifiers if your browser has them. If you tick a text-message (SMS) consent box, we leave your phone number out, and we never share your SMS consent with anyone. Meta and Google use this only to tell us which of our ads led to requests and to improve how our ads are shown. We never sell your phone number or any of your details. Because this is sent from our systems rather than your browser, it does not depend on your cookie choice. To opt out, email privacy@safire.homes and we will stop sharing your details.

Line monitoring sign-ups shared with Meta and Google. When you pay for line monitoring, our systems tell Meta that a purchase was made, with its value. With it we send your email address and our customer number for you in scrambled (hashed) form, your IP address and browser details, and Meta's browser identifiers if your browser has them. We do this for every sign-up, whether or not you accepted cookies, so that Meta can tell us whether our ads led to the sign-up. If you accepted cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Advertising also record the purchase and its value. Meta, Google and Microsoft don't receive your phone number, your home address, your payment details or the results of your line check, and renewals aren't shared. To opt out, email privacy@safire.homes and we will stop sharing your sign-ups.

To change your cookie choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again, or block cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

Shared across our businesses. We run several businesses under 2057 Holdings LLC. If you accept, the visitor lists these advertising tools build on this site may also be used to show you ads for our other businesses, and the same applies to their sites. Some of these tools may not be switched on yet; we list them here so you know before they are.

To the extent any of these automated technologies are considered a personal data sale, targeted advertising, or profiling, under applicable laws, depending on where you live, you may opt out from use of these automated technologies for such uses by emailing privacy@safire.homes. Please note that some Services features may be unavailable as a result.

We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

Internet Line Monitoring Connection Check

Before you can sign up for internet line monitoring, our website checks whether your connection can be monitored, but only when you click Run the check. The check uses your public IP address and the name of your internet provider, which Cloudflare (the company that delivers our website) tells us from your connection. Our servers in Dallas and Boston send five pings each to that address, and we record whether it answered. If your browser reaches us over IPv6, your browser also asks ipify.org for your IPv4 address, so ipify sees your IP address. If you choose to add your router's sticker photo, the photo is read by an AI service (Anthropic's Claude, or Cloudflare's AI if that fails) and we keep only the router's brand, model, device type and internet provider; we don't keep the photo, the rest of the sticker text, or any password, serial number or network address printed on it. You can type the model instead, or skip this step. We keep the check's results (your IP address, provider, ping result and router model) for 7 days. If you go on to pay, they are also attached to your order with our payment processor, Stripe, so we can set up your monitoring.

Safire Line Agent (optional program for Windows)

If your internet connection can't be monitored from outside, we may offer an optional program, the Safire Line Agent, that you install on a Windows computer in your home. Every 2 minutes it pings your router, a public internet address (1.1.1.1, run by Cloudflare) and our two monitoring servers, and records whether the computer is on Wi-Fi or a cable and the Wi-Fi signal strength. It sends those results, the program's version and the Windows version to us at safire.homes over an encrypted connection, identified by a key we issue for your account. Our servers see your internet address when the results arrive, as with any website visit, but the agent's results don't include it. It does not read or send your files, browsing, passwords, other programs, or your name. We use the results only to provide your monitoring. You can remove the program at any time with one command, which also deletes its saved results on your computer. The optional Safire Power Helper only changes your computer's sleep settings, on your computer, and sends nothing to us.

SMS Opt-In and Communication Consent

When you provide your phone number through a form on our website (such as a contact or inquiry form), you are giving express written consent to receive SMS (text) messages from Safire Home Solutions (2057 Holdings LLC). These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service notifications and updates
  • Responses to your inquiries
  • Marketing and promotional messages (only if you separately opt in)

Consent is obtained through a clear affirmative action, such as checking an unchecked consent box before submitting a form. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.

No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data, including your phone number and consent records, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your SMS consent and phone number are used only by Safire Home Solutions (2057 Holdings LLC) to communicate with you as described in this Privacy Policy. We may share your information only with trusted service providers who help us deliver SMS communications, and only for that purpose.
