How we live what we do

This is just a small example of what we have done to some of our own homes.

Internet- AT&T Fiber with 5G backup

Wireless- Araknis

Automation- Control4 for lighting, video, sound and climate control, Rainbird sprinkler system, Pentair automated pool and spa

North OKC Home

Internet- Cox Business with Ubiquiti 5G AT&T backup
Wired-Ubiquiti
          Cat 8 cable AND Multimode fiber run to most rooms

Wireless- Ubiquiti

Automation- GE Cync for lighting control and electrical, Aqara for smartfans, a couple of space heaters and smart door locks, Samsung SmartThings to Refridgerator, TVs and Washer and Dryer, Honeywell smart thermostats.

Cameras and Security- Ubiquiti (except door locks)

Voice Integration- Alexa and Apple HomeKit.

North Dallas Apartment

Internet- AT&T Fiber w 5G backup
Wired-none

Wireless- Ubiquiti

Automation- Limited per-apartment rules. SmartThings integration to rental installed Z-Wave lighting and thermostat as well as Samsung TVs and Washer and Dryer.

Cameras and Security- Tapo Contact sensors and temperature/humidity monitors. Google Nest Cameras. 

Voice Integration- Alexa and Apple Homekit

Oklahoma-Flag-Transparent-Background

South Norman Home

Internet- OEC Fiber with Ubiquiti 5G AT&T backup
Wired-Ubiquiti
          Cat 6e runs to most rooms. A trench was dug with buried Cat7 cable runs to the workshop, approximately 100 ft from the main house. 

Wireless- Ubiquiti

Automation- GE Cync for lighting control and electrical, Samsung SmartThings for refrigerator, TVs, washer and dryer, and Honeywell smart thermostats.

Cameras and Security- Yale Assure smartlocks, Google Nest Cams. ADT security system (integrated via Z-Wave)

Voice Integration- Alexa and Apple HomeKit.
